DESCRIPTION:

Though the Inter-institutional Articulation Agreement for Career Pathway programs had been in place for some time between the School District of Palm Beach County and Palm Beach Community College, it had not been used by very many students in their transition from high school to college. 

Through streamlining, reformatting, an emphasis on assessment and much open dialogue between high school and college faculty, the agreement has transformed into a more user-friendly resource.  And with a series of educational activities organized by the Palm Beach Career Pathways Consortium, coordinators, guidance counselors, advisors, students and parents will become adept at navigating the Career Pathway program of study-articulation process and gaining the benefits this kind of partnership provides for students who take advantage of it.
