FCPN is a membership organization for educators and employers involved in the advancement of Career Pathways, Tech Prep, and related education reform initiatives. FCPN assists its members in planning, implementing, evaluating, and improving secondary and post secondary transition programs by pooling the resources of the country's leading practitioners to provide a network of communication for new and existing programs. FCPN was formerly the Florida Tech Prep Network (FTPN), and will continue FTPN's legacy of providing Tech Prep information, support, and professional development, while providing additional support and resources on Career Pathways, Career Clusters, CTE, and Programs of Study.

Florida Career Pathways Network (FCPN) joins students and educators across the nation during February to celebrate national Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month™. This year’s theme is CTE: Careers Through Education. CTE Month™ provides us opportunities to share with others throughout Florida how CTE educates students to be college and career ready and prepares them for high-wage, high-demand career fields.
